The presented documents reflect the whole truth in terms of my past or current employment. In addition, the CV submitted with this statement is accurate and the certificates listed in my CV are real proven documents.

Furthermore, I understand that any fake statements, exaggeration of my achievements, or facts omitted in this application may terminate my employment through Kawas Consulting SAL and might lead to future legal action against me due to loss of business or fees.

As known, my employment through Kawas Consulting SAL is based on the appreciation of Kawas Consulting SAL and their Client, which I fully discharge from any irreversible right or claim.

On the other hand, I guarantee Messrs. Kawas Consulting that I will share with them all client conversations and correspondences whether verbal, face to face or electronic which include the final offer presented to me by their Client and I will not accept any offer from the Company, introduced to me by Kawas Consulting without Kawas Consulting consent and approval. I will also guarantee that I will not join the company introduced to me by Kawas Consulting without the final release from Kawas Consulting under the penalty to pay the fees associated to this appointment in the event Kawas Consulting hasn’t been paid by the said Client. Over and above, I will notify Kawas Consulting in the event the Company that has been introduced to me through Kawas Consulting get in contact with me to grant me an employment offer whether on consulting, part time or full time basis and this is during a one year period after which the introduction has been made to this Company by Kawas Consulting.

I agree that I will also inform Kawas Consulting about any connections that their Client might facilitate by connecting me to a third party who might employ me.

Since Kawas Consulting represents the Client (employer), I am completely aware that Kawas Consulting or any of its Consultants will never ever charge me any fees of whatever sort or accept from my end any present or any gift whether financial or not before or after my appointment through them in a new position.

I agree that my electronic submission of this document to Kawas Consulting implies that I have read and understood this Statement.
