These documents truthfully represent my past and current employment. Furthermore, the CV accompanying this statement is correct, and all certificates listed therein are authentic and verifiable.

I understand that any false statements, misrepresentation of achievements, or omission of relevant facts in this application may result in the termination of my employment through Kawas Consulting SAL and could lead to legal action due to potential loss of business or incurred fees.

I acknowledge that my employment through Kawas Consulting SAL is subject to the discretion of Kawas Consulting SAL and their Client. I hereby waive any irrevocable rights or claims in this regard.

I pledge to Kawas Consulting SAL that I will disclose all communications and correspondence with their Client—whether verbal, in-person, or electronic—including any final offer extended to me. I will not accept any offer from a company introduced to me by Kawas Consulting SAL without their explicit consent and approval. I further commit not to join such a company without receiving a formal release from Kawas Consulting SAL. Should I breach this commitment, I agree to bear any fees associated with the appointment if Kawas Consulting SAL has not been compensated by the Client.

Additionally, I would notify Kawas Consulting SAL if the company introduced to me initiates contact regarding any employment opportunity—whether consulting, part-time, or full-time—within one year of the initial introduction.

I also agree to inform Kawas Consulting SAL of any employment opportunities facilitated by their Client through third-party connections.

As Kawas Consulting SAL represents the Client (employer), I fully understand that neither Kawas Consulting SAL nor any of its Consultants will ever charge me fees or accept any gifts or compensation—financial or otherwise—before or after my appointment.
